Zumbini at Empower

We're excited to bring Zumbini, a movement and music class for moms and children 0-4 years old, to Empower permanently! However, a minimum signup is needed. If interested, please sign up this week!

Saturday Community Workouts

These workouts are open and free to the entire community. Join us at 8:30 am on the following Saturdays to get a good workout and see what Empower Fitness is all about!
