This is called the “metabolic effect” and is a scientific approach to getting you lean, toned, and athletic in just a 30 -45 min workout.

P45 - Building strength with in a 6 week series of classes that focus on progression, heavy lifting while

tracking your progress on a score card to obtain short term goals.

KickBoxing/ PI- Boxing

A fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing

BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. 

Power Yoga

45-55 Min Class

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

insistence cardio followed by slow and controlled strength building with heavy weights

From dance to skills & drills, games to just plain out getting your child moving this upbeat,

fun class is designed to empower you kids. 1st to 6th Grade.
